For nearly 100 years Nelson Borman & Partners Inc has been providing legal services and advice to businesses and private individuals. 99 Years: a proud track record
The firm was established in Potgietersrus by the late Mr. Robert Dewar in 1923. The now late Mr. Nelson Borman and name sake of the firm as it is known today, became a partner in the practice which was then known as E R Chapman & Borman Attorneys, and later became Borman, Snyman & Barnard.
The firm grew and became a very well-known practice in the Limpopo province in which it developed beneficial relationships with various financial institutions, agricultural co-operatives and a great number of commercial enterprises.
In 1985 the firm established a branch office in Johannesburg, for which the late Mr. Nelson Borman accepted responsibility. The Johannesburg office became an incorporated practice in 1991, known as Nelson Borman & Partners Inc as it is still known today.
Today the firm has experienced controlled but significant growth and offers a wide range of general and specialised, professional services.
Our client base ranges from a comprehensive client base, representing virtually every sector of the economy, ranging from financial institutions to discerning individuals, including blue chip JSE listed companies. We strive to meet the specific needs of our clients and stake our reputation on the delivery of personal service by dedicated professionals.
